How much do you charge?
This will vary depending on the job type, please give us a call with any job requests and we would be happy to discuss this in more detail.
If you have an emergency i.e. a power failure, a call out cost of £50 would be levied (this includes the first hour in attendance).
What is your response time?
For an emergency call out during normal working hours, we would have an estimated response time of 1 hour.
Outside of working hours, our response time may be longer.
Can I pay for the works provided by credit card?
No, unfortunately we do not have the facility for you to pay by credit card. We can accept payments by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
If I wanted to move a socket or light switch, is this a service you could provide?
Yes, no job is too small. Our highly trained work force have considerable experience in all aspects of electrical works from domestic/residential property new installation, complete re-wire or alterations small and large; to Industrial/Commercial refurbishment, design and new builds.
I am a landlord and in order to comply to IOM fire regulations I must have a trained electrician annually test the fire alarms in my properties, can you do this?

My smoke detector keeps chirping, what does this mean?
This may mean the fitting is defective, or the battery may just need changing, we can help this. As a matter of course, the batteries in a fire alarm should be changed once a year!
